Elron you had me laughing cuz you really took the time to pick Maureen’s brain far and wide. I mean you were NOT goin to let this chance get away from you as an interviewer and we all get to benefit from you bull dog like, staying to task, making sure she doesn’t get away questioning LOL!

As a hypnotist and hypnosis instructor who has been in business for awhile now, it was good to check my phone technique as Maureen went through the varioius points. You know I have no boss. I AM the boss and watching these episodes keeps me committed to top level approaches that keep me successful.

Great job, Maureen and Elronn! The information is all logical but too often overlooked for importance. The phone call is the first opportunity to make an impression with a potential client, it needs to be well done, professional.
