Hello fellow hypnosis pros. I just want to get out a quick announcement so you have an idea of what we have been up to. Meredith and I have been discussing what we should do next with the Hypnosis, Etc. program. It seems our "Ten Keys…" episodes have been really helpful for our members. So, after some deliberation, we have settled on our next project. We are going to do a series on, The Ten Keys to Doing Successful Age Regression.
In this coming program, which will start in about two weeks, we will cover some of the most important things that you can do as a professional Consulting Hypnotist or Hypnotherapist, to make sure that your age regression sessions get maximum result for your clients.

Here we go again, now for a second time with my new co-host, Meredith. As you all know by now, this is Cal Banyan’s, Hypnosis, Etc., with Meredith Locher. In addition to providing everyone with some new information about hypnosis on this video, I managed to pronounce her last name incorrectly. I should have stopped while I was ahead and actually called her by her correct first name, Meredith, rather than Celeste. Oh well, I’ll just have to hypnotize myself and do better next time!
In this program, we discuss the Informing Soul Technique™ (IST) because Meredith has been through the process herself, as well as being fully trained in the use of the technique. As a matter of fact, she is one of the people in the Informing Soul Technique training programs I offer on DVD that I use as a hypnosis demonstration "client".
In this episode of Hypnosis, Etc., we discussed how to use IST, and how it will affect other techniques that you may use with your clients, i.e. hypnotic age regression, forgiveness work and so on.
I also discuss the difference between IST and other types of "in-between life work" that others may teach or promote. (Hint, we are very strict about not leading our clients, for example.)

Meredith shares how experiencing IST for herself has positively affected her life. Then, she goes on to discuss how IST has affected her hypnosis clients, as she has now implanted using the hypnotherapeutic technique in her hypnosis practice.

I am just so excited do this first hypnosis training video with my new co-host Meredith Locher. In this first video with her we learn about her background, and I struggle not calling her Celeste! It is kind of funny how old habits can be difficult to overcome quickly. I should have hypnotized myself first to remember her name. 
As I am typing this out, I am reviewing the video, and I’m thinking about how many times I goofed up and called Meredith "Celeste"! I hope I will do better next episode.
We manage to talk a bit about using inductions for specific levels of hypnosis, and discuss Harry Arons Depth Scale. I also talk about what constitutes "full-time" hypnosis practice.
I want to thank Meredith for sharing such an interesting case history on the show, and for taking on this monumental task of co-hosting this program with me. I think we are off to a GREAT start!
