 As the different teachers of the Science of Getting Rich instruct us, we see the words of Wallace D. Wattles echoed over and over in one form or the other. Basically, it all starts with knowing what you want and focusing on that thing or those things with a kind of clarity that most people don’t manage.
Lesson 4, in the free series is entitled, The Power of Thinking Big: How to Set Powerful Goals that Inspire You to Go Beyond the Ordinary. I like the idea of going beyond the ordinary, don’t you? Go beyond what people ordinarily do, and go beyond what you ordinarily do and you will accomplish what others will not and what you would ordinarily not accomplish.
In the lesson it is pointed out that only by thinking big can we begin to live up to our potential. I especially liked the video by Jack Canfield, where explains the connection between self-esteem and being able to think big, and then how you can start to “boost your self-esteem.” He says that your self-esteem is a “thermostat” that regulates how successful you can be. He also talks about how this raising of your self-esteem helps you to get in touch with your Higher-Self or True-Self. I like that. 
I agree with this lesson in so many ways. I have seen it in my hypnotherapy practice, and so I am certain that people can go way beyond what they have ordinarily expected from themselves! It is time to neutralize that old childhood programming of limited thinking and start reaching our potential. And it starts with daring to decide what you want (without being limited by what has happened in your past.).
- Think Big!
- Decide what you want (based on your big thinking).
- Share your goals with other people.
