I just ran across this short but interesting article about a Harvard Medical School hypnotherapist helping folks lose weight. What a great idea! I’m always excited when the medical establishment starts catching on.
In the article Think Yourself Thin, Laura Oats, CBS 11 News Reporter tells us that not only is hypnotherapy going on at the medical school they are integrating it with an educational approach that is getting results.
I don’t know about you, but I think things are looking up. I hope they back up what they are doing with some good empirical research so that they can support what they are doing and provide working hypnotherapists everywhere with evidence that hypnosis really does work for weight loss. (But then we already knew that.)
