Hello hypnotists. I want to encourage you all to get to know the National Health Freedom Coalition (NHFC), because we are natural allies, and we can use all of the allies that we can get. Outside of what the National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Federation of Hypnotists Union, this is the most important organization for you all to support. We should support them by way of getting to know them, and by becoming members.
It all started in Minnesota where a number of citizens lobbied the state government to put in place, laws that would enable them to be able to determine the kind of health care they were able to access. They wanted to have access to complementary and alternative health care providers. As a result they were able to put together and get passed a bill that is very friendly to hypnotists. The National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Federation of Hypnotists agreed with me on this point and generously sent me to the NHFC’s national convention this last October in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a gift of $1,000 each to support their efforts.
I met with Jerri Johnson, the president of the national organization, learned more about the organization and joined up with the national and state organizations the month before that.

Okay all non-believers, your skepticism has become completely uncalled for! Scientific evidence is piling up, and the verdict is in. If you don’t believe that there is such a thing as hypnosis, it is out of ignorance. Empirical research shows beyond any doubt that hypnosis is real and affects perception.
As I see articles come across my computer screen that includes real scientific research that proves hypnosis is real, I pass them along via this blog. I hope that you are enjoying them.

Guess what I am going next week? I’m going to be in Singapore teaching a hypnotherapy certification course. And, one of the most important things I will do while I am there is to teach these new hypnotherapists 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®.
“7th Path” is a very special mind-body-spirit approach to using hypnosis for self-improvement. The surprise is the highly spiritual aspect of this kind of hypnosis. What the 7th Path practitioner will experience is as a kind of hypnotically enhanced prayer or meditation which brings about self-improvement and self-healing in conjunction with his or her highest power of belief system.
This is one of my favorite things about teaching in Singapore, the population is so diverse. In any particular course that I teach there, we would have so many different ethnic backgrounds and faiths. Here is the most exciting thing… As these new hypnotherapists-to-be practice this very spiritual approach to self-healing and self-improvement, they are leaning to utilize their own faith, their own highest philosophies and beliefs in a peaceful loving way, along side others of quite different faiths.
Imagine the Jew, Moslem, Christian, Taoist, Buddhist, Sikh, Hindus and all other faithful practitioners sitting side by side in peaceful harmony practicing a holy prayer of meditative practice completely in harmony with their own faith! It is done, and will be done next week in Singapore, as it is now being practiced around the world. It took the power of hypnosis to make it so.

I just had to pass this along. On http://www.webpronews.com/ they stated, "A recent survey found that 61 percent of physicians, healthcare professionals, and healthcare consumers all believe Google to be the most reliable search engine for finding information about new drugs, medical conditions, and treatment options, the search advertising company writes, citing a 2002 AMA Search Engine Survey in its Healthcare metrics page."
Keep this in mind. Google is one of the most powerful influences in the computer world, and hence the flow of information for many of the influential decision makers. Even Microsoft is concerned about Google!
I’m not concerned about Google, I just want you folks out there to be aware that it is more than just a search engine, it is THE place where more and more intelligent and influential people are going to get their news and information.
Do you have a website? If you are a hypnotist, who would like to either have more clients or make more money seeing then you should. Think about this. When people are at work and they have a few minutes, a lot of those people who have computers on their desks, are sneaking in some Google time at their computers. And, if they are considering hypnosis, they will check Google to see if there is anyone in their area who can help them. In this case even a one page website can be very effective in getting you more clients.
